How it tastes and what it goes with

It’s thick and creamy, with a fresh mint taste and a little sweetness, so it cools a hot curry without killing the flavour. It’s ready to serve with no prep, and most customers put it out with biryani, kebabs and curries, or use it as a dip for samosas, pakoras and onion bhajis. Curry houses, kebab shops and takeaways buy it most, along with caterers and South Asian food shops, and if your menu has anything spicy on it, you’ll use it.

Keeping it fresh

It lives in the fridge, so put it away as soon as it arrives. Check the date on the pack. Once it’s open, keep it chilled and use it within the time on the label. Use a clean spoon, and don’t leave it sitting out.

Ordering from us

Just add it to your basket, or call or email if you’d rather talk first. If you need chicken, sauces, oil, buns or packaging as well, we can send it all together. Buying every week? A trade account makes reordering quicker.
