Shipping
If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately at info@faazfoods.co.uk or call 0121 798 2042. Once an order is packed, modifications may not be possible.
Reach out to us before dispatch for any address changes. Once the order is shipped, we cannot reroute deliveries.
Same-day delivery is available for local orders placed before 12 PM, subject to stock availability and distance.

Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. You can also arrange B2B payment options by contacting our team.
Yes, we offer credit accounts for eligible wholesale clients. Please contact us to apply.
Absolutely. VAT invoices are automatically emailed once your order is confirmed.

Returns
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items.
Email us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the return or replacement process.
We do not charge for returns due to our error. However, if the return is due to a customer mistake, a small restocking fee may apply.
