Flavor and Consistency

Storage and handling

When the case arrives, check the best before date. Store the bottles as the label says. Once one’s open, keep the lid on tight and follow the storage advice on the pack. Use a clean spoon or pourer each time, and don’t top up a half-empty bottle with fresh sauce. If you decant it, label the container clearly so nobody grabs the hot one by mistake.
