Most of the time, a 100g difference in bird size doesn’t change much. But if you’re plating generous portions, running a buffet, or your curry base needs to carry a bit more meat per serving without stretching the dish thin, that small step up from 1.4kg to 1.5kg adds up across a full case — roughly an extra kilo of usable chicken per 10-piece case, without changing anything else about how you cook it.

It’s the same two-piece format as our standard cut: whole bird split into two bone-in pieces, ready for the pot without any jointing on your end.

How should I store it?
