Cooking guidance

Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout with no pink remaining in the centre. Given the larger size, this will take longer than a 4oz patty, so allow extra time and check doneness rather than going by a standard burger’s cooking time out of habit. If cooking from frozen, build in even more time compared to a thawed patty.

Storage
